ANSWER: Reganomics was the name given to Pres. Reagans economic ideas. His ideas were that if you decrease the income tax on the wealthiest citizens, they would invest their money saved into businesses. And then these businesses would inturn give jobs and money to others. This is also known as "trickle down economics"

As the graph shows, as a whole, the GDP, hourly wages, and productivity all increased during the Reagan years.
